Thanks for the package. I've installed a local copy of your site, and during the tests, I noticed that the strings are translated correctly when using the parent theme.

Could you please activate your parent theme and create a top header to check if it will work correctly?

If it worked correctly, please check the child theme settings and configuration to see if some configurations caused the issue.

Could you please try the following test?

1- Switch to the parent theme
2- Go to Customizer-> Header-> Top header
3- Add the Promo text widget
4- Translate it via String Translation

Kindly let me know if the widget's strings will be translated correctly or not.

Thanks for your update. Could you please add the following XML code to WPML-> Settings-> Custom XML tab?

          <key name="icon_position" />

After that, please go to WPML-> String Translation and search for "promo_text_package". Kindly translate the strings, clear the cache and check the front end.
