[Escalated to Compatibility team] I don't see translated sections

I assume those two are the custom post types and may need to be set as translatable in WPML -> Settings, please see https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-custom-posts/.

For the other question, I am not sure what would be the reason but looks like your current theme isn't compatible with WPML and may be the main reason or perhaps any accompanying page builder. I'll advise to check the compatibility of theme and the plugins involved for these content at following resources:

- https://wpml.org/theme/
- https://wpml.org/plugin/

You may need to contact the respective theme/plugin authors for a compatibility update.

On the other hand, I'll also advise to fix the following:

IMPORTANT: Take full backup of your website and database beforehand. It is highly advised to try the following on a staging/dev site first, so your live website isn't compromised.

- Update WordPress to the latest version.
- Fix “WP Memory Limit” to at least 128MB while 256MB is recommended. See https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/ for detailed information. You can set this in your wp-config.php file by adding following code:

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );

Remember to add these lines before the line where it says:

Can you give me the URL of the page in default and translated language(s), so I can see and compare what's not working? Because hidden link here I see a 404 not found and can't assess the said problem.

Please also, let me know that which page-builder you're using?

Thank you for updating WP and most of the plugins, I was able to look into the problem.

Although the theme and the page builder are still not in our list, but I checked and am trying to make it work for you.

The page builder uses shortcodes and WPML offers to register these for translation. So for example, I tried one in WPML -> Settings -> Custom XML Config (https://wpml.org/documentation/support/language-configuration-files/register-page-builder-content-for-translation/):

But this composer has extra data (JSON) which is breaking translation editor. As well as, although I was able to somehow bring some content in the translator. I translated it but your theme is behaving strangely on the frontend.

Even I deleted the translation of home page, translated again but there are some things which need in-depth investigation.

So instead of testing this in your live site and breaking things here and there, can you prepare a test site by cloning your site there? I can then investigate freely without compromising your site. I'd be able to disable other plugins, check in detail and determine that how it can be fixed.

I'd also be able to consult our 2nd tier team for more help.
