Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. With a Multilingual CMS account type you should be able to register up to 3 production sites and 9 development sites and the site URL should be the same with “www” or without “www”. It seems your site URL is with www, Could you please try to follow the below steps and see if this resolves the issue:

1. Login to your WPML.org account >> Go to the Sites page: https://wpml.org/account/sites/
2. Delete the existing site key(if it’s already there).
3. Login to your site and go to the Dashboard >> Plugins >> Add new > Commercial tab and click the Unregister WPML from this site link(if that link exists) as you can see in the attached screenshot.
4. Then please click the Register WPML link.
5. Click the Get a key for this site link.
6. It will generate the Key for your site.
7. Copy the key, and paste it back into the input box, and press the Register button and see if this resolves your issue.

If the issue persists, please add the debug report in the Debug Information box. I have also enabled debug info box for your next reply: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

Kindly let me know the results,
Thank you

Glad to hear the site registration issue is solved. For “WPML detected a new address for this site” problem, it’s a different issue and will be handled separately as per our support policy. I've created a new ticket for this at: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/wpml-detected-a-new-address-for-this-site-20/

If the site registration issue is solved, please mark this ticket as resolved and we will continue working on the above ticket for it.

Thank you for your cooperation
