In some cases, I still need to translate:

= menu [needs update]
= footer, I never translated.

If you want to translate the menu or sync it to the second languages, please follow the documentation https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-menus

Regarding the footer, I see you are using the Divi builder to create the footer. Please follow the documentation to translate the theme builder of Divi
