This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are building a new website and trying to move all products in two languages from one site to another. You followed the WPML export and import documentation, but the products only imported in Spanish, and the English versions did not import.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend that you first go to WPML > Export & Import and set up the import dialog before running the import. After running the import, you should again visit WPML > Export & Import and run the dialog to connect the imports.

Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it’s outdated or not applicable to your case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.
