We have some pricing tables in Elementor that we cannot find to translate. The site running Jupiter X if this has any information. Tried string translation and direct.

Also we have some footers which are translated in admin, but fail to appear in front when language is switched.

Would really appreciate your help. Thank you in advance

Hi Alex,
Thanks for contacting WPML support, I will be glad to help you.

I think the price table widget is not registered for translation, please check this guide for more details about how to register the Elementor widgets: https://wpml.org/documentation/support/language-configuration-files/how-to-register-page-builder-widgets-for-translation/

If this is the Elementor pricing table widget (Not a custom one created by the theme or another addon, the solution provided in this thread (in the yellow box at the top) should help to register it: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/price-table-widget-currency-and-price-value-fields-are-not-seen/

For better support, we handle one issue per ticket. I've created a new ticket for the other issue you mentioned and we can continue the discussion here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/split-jupiter-x-footer-translation/

Let me know please if that helps.

Regards,
Mohamed
