It looks like the automatic translator function with prepaid credits is not function well

joostH-4	Background of the issue: I am trying to translate changed parts of the site using WPML's automatic translator function with prepaid credits. Symptoms: The automatic translator function is not functioning well, and credits are not being added or something else is wrong. Questions: Why are the prepaid credits not being added? How can I ensure the automatic translator function works properly?

Would you please give us the details of the issue you are experiencing? Can you do as follows and see if it works ok? - Go to your Dashboard > Pages. - Open the edit screen of the original page. You should see a pencil/circle/gear icon in the sidebar options under the "Languages" section. - Make a small change, for example, add an extra blank space at the end of a sentence/paragraph. - Save it. - You should now see that a circular arrow appears beside the 2nd languages links, this means that an update is required. - Edit the translation again and save it up to 100% translated. If not, I'd appreciate it if you could provide some screenshots and more details to be able to understand the issue. Thanks.
