Hi. So im trying to sync wp menus, and i have followed this guide: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-menus/ but it wont work
The site is a test site with two domains, and why i think it dont sync the menu, is becayse the menu is conditional (only show the menu on specific sites) and dont know if wpml can handle that stuff when only syncing wp menus?

Here is the ticket. Could you please share full credentials to your Website? Also, please FTP access too.

IMPORTANT: Please, note, a backup is required for security reasons, and to avoid any data loss, you can use the https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/plugin for these backup needs.

Your following answer will be private, which means only you and I have access to it.

✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site if required. This is also a reason the backup is critical.

Sorry, we would need a site snapshot to continue with the troubleshooting. Or can we have your permission to create a snapshot on our own?

We usually recommend the free Plugin “Duplicator” for this purpose.

If you already know how Duplicator works ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/),please skip the following steps and just send me the archive file you downloaded.

If the file is too large (more than 400M), please use the Duplicator file filters to remove the cache, the wp-uploads directory, the media, and the archive files.

Send me the link to the archive file (you probably want to use Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar services, as the snapshot file will be quite big).

Your next reply will be private, which means that only you and I will be able to see it and have access to it.

You can paste the link to the file there.

Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site.

Hi.
I havent got any update emails (which i use to get) on this so sorry for the late reply!

Yes they need to use that permission to show different headers (menus) for different pages.

So when customers visits the motocross site. the only thing they want to see is the header (menu) for motocross.

And when they visit Mountaibike site, they only want to see the header (menu) for the mountainbikes.

Thanks for your reply.

Actually, this issue is not related to WPML. It is because the WPML translations work fine and I'm able to display the correct header language before using the "conditional" feature.

The issue is the theme that is not letting us assign the correct menu and this has to be addressed by the theme author.

However, I would still want to check if there is anything else we can do about it here. Could you please share your Website WP admin access here and not a token key so that I can escalate it?
