Language URL format Through Domain not working

harrisonC-2	Background of the issue: I have set up domains for English and French content on the site. The English domain is resourcelibrary.cmha.ca, and the French domain is repertoirederessources.acsm.ca. The site is hosted with FlyWheel. I am trying to switch to the French domain. Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link I have attached a screenshot of the settings page. Symptoms: When I try to switch to the French domain, it just brings me back to the English domain. I expected to see the French content, but instead, I see the English content. Questions: Why does switching to the French domain redirect me back to the English domain? How can I ensure the French content is displayed when accessing the French domain?

While you wait for my colleague to take over the ticket, let me try to help you with the issue quickly. This seems to be more related to your domain configuration then WPML. I advise disabling WPML and checking if you still have an issue and if both the domains open fine without WPML. If not, then you should recheck your domain configuration. harrisonC-2	Hi Drazen, The repertoirederessources.acsm.ca points to the site I tested with WPML off and on. It seems that the WPML plugin is not redirecting. Thanks, Derrick

Please confirm that you followed our guide at the following link on configuring the server to have the domain's Language URL format per language. https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/language-setup/language-url-options/how-to-use-wpml-with-different-domains-per-language/ I also can see a redirection from hidden link to hidden link. Can you please explain why does this happen? Have you configured any unique settings for this to happen? Do you have a homepage set for English language, and is this homepage translated into French? harrisonC-2	Hi Itamar, I follow the guide to set up the French domain. There is a redirection on the homepage since you need a user account to access the website. The site's default language is English, but there is a button to switch to French. The whole site has been translated into French. Thanks, Derrick
