This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was unable to see the translated LearnDash module content in English on their website. Despite translating everything, the English version displayed no content.
Solution:
1. Ensure that the Elementor template is properly translated and switch to the WordPress editor before saving the template.
2. For LearnDash contents, verify that the 'WordPress Editor' option is correctly set as per the guide on using different translation editors for different pages. You can find the guide here: Using Different Translation Editors for Different Pages.
3. In Elementor's settings, disable Elementor for the courses and their contents, update the original courses, and then update the translations.
4. Translate LearnDash content only with the WordPress Editor, not with the WPML Translation Editor.

If these steps do not resolve your issue, or if the solution seems outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket.

Did you maybe translate the content using the WPML Translation Editor?

You need to translate LearnDash content only with the WordPress Editor.

Please follow this guide:

If this does not solve the issue, please let me know.

Hi,

*I am so sorry I didn't noticed there was 2 pages in my ticket and therefore didn't see your answer.

Great news!! I have been able to fix the issue. Apparently my Elementor template wasn't properly translated (and I didn't swith to the wordpress editor the template as well). ONce I save it, it works just fine!

Many thanks for your patience with me and your valuable support.

Sincerely,

Vincent
