This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client wants to translate the logo into secondary languages.

Solution:
I have solved this issue by following the below steps:

1. Went to WPML >> String Translation > Translate texts in admin screens ».

2. Searched for the logo image ID and enabled the translation.

3. Then went to WPML >> String Translation page and added the translated logo id as translation.

I am trying to have a different svg logo at the upper left corner. I followed the guide yet the logo doesn't change. I also cleared the cache in case that was the problem. The site can be found here hidden link

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. We have another client who had a similar issue and was able to fix it by following these steps (Summary at Top):

If still the issue persists, please provide temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP Login info) to your site, so that I can look into your setup and debug the issue.

Your following answer will be private which means only you and I have access to it.

✙ I would additionally need your permission to deactivate and reactivate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is essential.

Sorry for the delay, it was my weekend (Friday-Saturday) and thanks for providing the login details. I can confirm that login info is working fine for me and I’m debugging this issue now and will get back to you soon.

Now it shows the correct translated logo at the front end, could you please check and confirm?
