This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
I duplicated all the pages from British English to Irish English.
The pages seem fine, there are no broken images.
However when I go to the Media Library from Irish English, the library only includes 31 images/videos instead of 1589.
Have I missed something during duplicating the content? Is there something I can do now?
Solution:
go to WPML -> Settings, scroll down to the Media Translation section and press the Start button after ensuring all the options are selected. Please read about the Media translation settings in our guide here.

Please note that while applying the Media translation, you may need to wait for the process to finish to see the images on the translated content.
