I am trying to: Use a different image on the French site from what shows on the English site Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link I expected to see: At the very bottom, in the dark gray section, that map graphic has been translated. It should be showing the French version (Same image as this one: hidden link) Instead, I got: It's still showing the English version of the images. The image in PNG. I followed all instructions here: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/media-translation/ The image is showing as successfully translated in WPML > Media Translation. The French page is also 100% complete in ATE. |

Hi there, Thanks for contacting WPML support. I would need to take a closer look at your site. So I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed IMPORTANT: Please, note, a backup is required for security reasons, and to avoid any data loss, you can use the https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/plugin for these backup needs. Your following answer will be private, which means only you and I have access to it. ✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site if required. This is also a reason the backup is critical. Also, I checked your debug information, I noticed that your MySQL version is below the plugin minimum requirements as described at: https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/ . Kindly contact your hosting provider and ask them to update the MySQL version to 5.6+ for you. Thanks! Kor |

Hi there, Thanks for your patience. I apologize for the delay due to the weekend. Could you please check your Website login credentials? The login URL is not working for me. Maybe you can temporarily disable the server firewall or any restrictions so that I could login to check your issues? Thanks! Kor |

Hi there, Thanks for your reply. I can login now. Sorry, we would need a site snapshot to continue with the troubleshooting. Or can we have your permission to create a snapshot on our own? We usually recommend the free Plugin “Duplicator” for this purpose. If you already know how Duplicator works ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/),please skip the following steps and just send me the archive file you downloaded. ★ Duplicator Instructions hidden link https://wpml.org/faq/provide-supporters-copy-site/ If the file is too large (more than 400M), please use the Duplicator file filters to remove the cache, the wp-uploads directory, the media, and the archive files. Send me the link to the archive file (you probably want to use Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar services, as the snapshot file will be quite big). Your next reply will be private, which means that only you and I will be able to see it and have access to it. You can paste the link to the file there. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Thanks! Kor |

Hi there, Thanks for your patience. It looks like your Website is around 60 GB and it's breaking the export. I'll recheck and will forward this to our 2nd Tier Support if required. I apologize for the delay. Thanks! Kor |

Can you be more specific about the steps to reproduce? I went to the English page and changed the image that needs to be translated to a different image. Saved Page. Then I went into Revision history and reverted back to when it was my original image. Saved Page. French version of the page still shows English image. |

Hi there, Thanks for your reply. I'm sorry for the confusion. Please try the following and see if it works for you. 1. Replace the image on the primary language page (using elementor editor) with another image and save it. 2. Revert the change(Replace it with the initial image) and save it. 3. Check the translated page and see if the image changes to the correct translated image. Do you have another example page that shows the wrong image? Or maybe you can share access to the site where you're working hidden link so that I could check this out for you? Thanks! Kor |

Okay, I tried this and it still did not work for me. I changed the image on english, saved the page, then went and changed the image back again, and saved the page. The french page still shows the english image. Here is another example of one not doing it on the site you already have access to: hidden link This image about halfway down isn't showing the translated version on French side. I tried redoing the image in English and saving and it didn't fix the issue. Also note that the one you did fix was no longer synced with English. I went in and resync'd (Edit from the Advanced Translation Editor and Save) and the translated image disappeared. |

Updating the image on the English version seemed to do the trick.... Do you know which settings you messed with on the troubleshooting page so I can try applying to our other dev site? |
