Hi, Thanks for your reply. The custom URL menu items are translated manually by the steps in my previous reply or via WPML -> String Translation. Please check our guide about translating menus. (https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-menus/) You translated them in String Translation, but the translation didn't work on the front end, so we need to check whether the steps above will fix the issue. If the above steps didn't fix the issue, that means the issue is not in the translation itself, and it could be something else. Best regards, |

Hi, I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) Your next answer will be private, which means only you and I can access it. ❌ Please backup your database and website ❌ ✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate the Plugins and the Theme and change configurations on the site. Hi, Thanks for the access details. The translated menus were not created, so I synched them. After that, the translated menus were created correctly, and you can translate the strings using String Translation to test if it will work correctly. Can I put this on hold? I will address this to the developers of the theme first. The way the Collection menu item behaves is very theme specific. |
