This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

If you are using the Site Editor, you can add menus to your template or template parts, like the Header or Footer using the Navigation block.
To translate the menu, you first need to send your template or template part for translation. You then need to send the Navigation Menu block for translation via the Translation Management Dashboard. This allows you to use the Advanced Translation Editor to translate the links so they point to the translations of your menu items.

For more, see the page about translating menus in Site Editor templates.

Hi,

My site uses full site editor.

I've added a translation for the menu but it doesn't show when viewing a translated post.

Can you help?

This post has a translation (switcher in footer)

Hello There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support. I will be glad to assist you in this matter.

I understood the issue. From our Translation management system, I can see that the Navigation menu you have created is properly translated. But, as the navigation menu is a part of the Header template, would you kindly try updating the translation of the Header template?

Please check this guide to understand the process of translating templates: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-content-created-using-gutenberg-editor/translating-sites-that-use-full-site-editing/#translating-the-site-editor-templates

After updating the translation, make sure to remove the caches(including the object caches) from the site prior to checking.

Please let me know the update. I will be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.

Best Regards,
Prosenjit
