The page_post_id_here needs to be replaced with the actual post ID that is 11007 . The ID can be seen on the URL here hidden link when editing this post hidden link SELECT * FROM `Zcljhhaticl_translate_job` WHERE job_id IN (SELECT job_id FROM `Zcljhhaticl_translate` WHERE `field_type` = 'original_id' AND `field_data` = '11007'); Let us know how it goes.

In the meantime, could you tell me which other pages you are encountering this issue? We will refund the credits for the pages that are facing this issue.

Kor WPML Supporter since 08/2022 Languages: English (English ) Timezone: Asia/Singapore (GMT+08:00)	Thanks for your reply. I've checked and this page hidden link has around 2574 words as shown in the translation management for each language. I've also attached a screenshot for our reference. I will refund the credits for two languages and it will be around 10000 credits as compensation. You will see an extra 10000 credits on your account. Then, you can run the translations again using the credits. Please let me know how it goes.

Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that the lost translations on that page cannot be retrieved, and we were unable to identify the issue from our end. As a resolution, we have provided some credits for you to utilize automatic translations to translate the page content into Chinese.

As previously mentioned, "I have feedback and our devs are looking into the translation issue.". Despite their efforts, they were unable to pinpoint the cause of the disappearance of the translation. As a gesture of goodwill, we have credited your account with translation credits so you can utilize the "Automatic Translation" feature to re-translate the page.
