Hi,
I suspect that the cause of this issue was the migration process. Can you migrate the site again using the All-In-One WP Migration plugin or Duplicator plugin and check if the issue has disappeared?

But I have already switched the site over to the new domain, how am I supposed to migrate the site again?

Oh, I understand.
In this case, I think the best scenario would be to completely uninstall WPML and then reinstall it. To do this, I will need your confirmation that there is no translated content and that you authorize me to reinstall the WPML plugins.
Please confirm you have created a full site backup that you can restore if necessary.

There is translated content, I was using WPML on the previous domain. I have already taken a current backup.

Ok, so in this case, uninstalling and installing the WPML plugins won't work. Do you authorize me to create a copy of the site to escalate this ticket to our 2nd tier of support?
|
 peterB-149
|
Yes I give you authorisation.

Hi there,
Please follow these steps suggested by our 2nd-tier specialists:
On the client site, I see that some scripts are attempted to be loaded from a different domain that is not resolved - online-casino-india.in
This could be happening, for example, if the scripts were cached and processed by WPRocket and the folder is not writable.
So I suggest fixing the WPRocket config and removing the cache folder.
At present, WPRocket complains that it cannot edit the .htaccess file rules.
Can you tell me the results of the steps mentioned above?

Can you please clarify exactly what you want me to do with WPRocket?

Hi,
As my previous message stated, you need to fix the problem with WPRocket so it can edit the .htaccess file and delete the cache folder.

I deleted the cache files, however I can't see any message about an issue with the htaccess file?
