Problem:

The client is experiencing issues with translating their website content using WPML, despite having bought credits and using automatic translation. The menu translates, but the web content does not.

Solution:

We recommend checking the translation status of your posts and pages. First, navigate to Posts>>All Posts or Pages>>All Pages in your site's default language. You can switch between languages using the Dashboard language switcher at the top header. Look for Pencil Icons next to the posts/pages in the list, which indicate that translations are available. If you see these icons, click on them to open the WPML Translation Editor and verify if the content shows as translated.

Also, please check related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verify the version of the permanent fix, and confirm that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate my website hidden link using WPML. I bought credits, assigned them, and used automatic translation. Only the Menu is translating my web content is not translating.

Symptoms:
The website translation is not working when I switch to a different language.

Questions:
Why is the translation not working after assigning credits and using automatic translation?

Welcome to the WPML support forum. I will do my best to help you to resolve the issue.

Please visit Posts>>All Posts or Pages>>All Pages in default language of the site (we can switch between the language using Dashboard language switcher of the top header). Then make sure the posts/pages translations are showing Pencil Icons or not in the posts/pages list. Refer to the attached images for more details.

If so, please open a page/post translation for editing in WPML Translation Editor (by clicking the pencil icon) and make sure it shows as translated or not.
