Hi, Please access your site's backend (hidden link) and click on the 'Get a key for this site' link that appears in the warning message. Then check if you can get a new key for the site. |

Hi, After consulting this issue with my colleagues, we found out why you can't delete the key and get a new one:
So, to get a new registration key, you will need to contact the end user who has the site registered in his/hers account. |

my client went to https://wpml.org/account/sites/ and the only thing that he was able to view is an icon of a flag, to buy credit for translation.... I'm waiting news about them if they have another access to this account with more privilege but I doubt it's possible. |

Yes, that URL starts with HTTP, instead of HTTPS, but your client is active and is the one who has the site registered under his account, which means the client is the one who can create a new registration key. |

Hi there, After consulting my colleagues about this issue, they confirmed that the end user cannot change the site key, but they can change the URL of the site. So, in this scenario, I kindly ask you to tell your client to change the URL of the site from HTTP to HTTPS. Then, remove the registration key from the site and register it again with the same key. Can you tell me if the issue has disappeared? |

...no, it is not disappeared. The correct url have been entered into WPML account, I unregistred and registered again, empty Chrome cache, page Translation take longer to load but finally display the same error code: Jobs could not be loaded |

Hi there, In this log: hidden link you can see that the cause of the problem is that the key used to register the site is incorrect. Can you ask your client to share a screenshot of https://wpml.org/account/sites/ |
