Hi there. Before this ticket gets assigned to my colleagues, I will try to help. The proper way to translate strings depends a lot on how they have been implemented inside the theme/plugin. Sometimes, there are even duplicates of the same string and only one of them is the correct one that needs to be translated. Also, sometimes, simply removing the string (checking the box and removing it) and then re-registering it again by scanning for it (one of the methods below) and re-translating it resolves the issue. 1. Please try this: Go to WPML > String Translation and at the bottom of the page you will find a checkbox called "Look for strings while pages are rendered". You can enable (check) that and then go in the front end to a page where you have that string showing up and then go back to WPML > String Translation and search for that string and see if it now shows up. 2. If you can't find them inside the WPML > String Translation, they might be added as admin text. This should be the normal process to find and translate admin text strings: Please let us know how that goes. Kind regards, |

Hello There, Thanks for trying out the suggestions. I'd like to inform you that the theme you're using is not listed as compatible in the WPML's compatible theme directory. But, if the theme developers have added the proper translation support for those texts, then those should appear properly in String Translation. Can you please confirm that you have checked by following the steps below? - Navigate to "WPML > Theme and Plugins localization" and scanned the "Olympus" theme for strings. If the texts are not appearing in the String Translation even after that, then a closer inspection will require to understand the root cause. I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it. Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you. IMPORTANT Looking forward to your response. Best Regards, |

Hi There, Although the theme claims to be compatible with WPML, it's possible that the developers have not contacted us for compatibility testing. This could be the reason why the theme is not listed in our directory of compatible themes. Please check by going to this link- https://wpml.org/theme/?wpv_view_count=119967&wpv-theme-category=0&wpv_post_search=Olympus&wpv-wpcf-recommendation-flag=&wpv_filter_submit=Search However, I checked the Tab section of your site again and found that the Tab titles are now showing translated. Please check this screenshot(hidden link) for a better understanding. As the Tab title is appearing as expected, has the suggestions worked? Please ket me know if you need any further assistance in this matter. I will be happy to assist you. Best Regards, |

Hi There, Thanks for sharing how they are translated. Since you still need help in this matter, I will be happy to check and help you to find a solution. Would it be possible for you to grant me access to the site where you're experiencing the issue for further investigation? It will be better to share access to the testing site where the issue is replicated. I've enabled the private box for you so that you can securely share access to your site. The private box looks like this: Looking forward to your response. Best Regards, |

Hello There, Upon examining the Youzify plugin's tab configuration section, I found that the tabs on the Profile page were created using the "Custom Tab" feature of Youzify, and then the tab title was added dynamically from the "Tabs setting" section of Youzify. Currently, the Youzify plugin has integrated WPML support for various dynamic tab titles. However, unfortunately, this support has not been implemented yet for the custom-created tabs. As a result, the titles of these tabs do not appear for translation anywhere within the plugin. You can find the list of tab titles that have received WPML support and can be translated by visiting the following link: hidden link I have conducted further research and discovered documentation on translating dynamic words in the Knowledgebase of the Youzify plugin. Unfortunately, they are supporting a few dynamic words only and the possibility of Translating the Custom tab titles is also not included there. You can check the guide below if you want. - hidden link Since the support for Custom Tab titles has not been implemented yet, it is necessary to bring this matter to the attention of the Youzify author/developers. It would be beneficial if you could reach out to the Youzify team directly to request their assistance in resolving this issue. They should be able to provide guidance and address the issue. You can also request them to join our Go Global program to make their plugin fully compatible with WPML. You can check and share the link below for further information. - https://wpml.org/documentation/support/go-global-program/ I hope you can understand the matter. But, feel free to reach us if you need any clarification or assistance. I will be happy to help you. Best Regards, |
