I logged in with the user credentials that I shared and it works without issues on that account. I went through the different accounts and it works for two accounts and the other ones all error out.

I'm not sure why it works for some users and not others as I don't see any differences with the accounts.

Hi,

Please check on the dashboard, and you will see a WPML banner “you can set profile language..” in the accounts with the issue. After closing this banner, the issue will be fixed.

These are the steps that fixed the issue in the provided account. It could be the plugin issue they are using

if (!wp_verify_nonce($_POST['nonce'], 'image_map_pro')) {

Our 2nd tier support team thinks the nonce value is mismatched with the notice (banner) nonce.

Best regards,
Osama

I can confirm that closing that dashboard notice fixed the issue on the account I was testing with. Thanks!
