This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing issues with texts not being properly translated in their webshop, including texts from additional plugins which are displayed in English instead of Dutch.

Solution:
1. We recommend going to WPML -> String Translation and searching for the texts to see if they can be translated there.
2. If the texts are not found, we advise following our tutorial on how to scan and include texts for translation: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/
3. If the texts still cannot be translated, we ask the client to point us to the elements that are not translated and consider providing screenshots to illustrate the issue.
4. We also request the client to attach the Debug Information by following these steps:
- Navigate to WPML > Support > Debug Information
- Copy the Debug Information
- Find the “Additional Data” section below the comment area and click on “Debug Info” to expand it.
We have enabled the Debug Info template for the client's next reply.

Please note that the solution provided might be irrelevant if it is outdated or not applicable to your case. If the issue persists, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. I notice in my webshop section that not all texts are translated properly, even those of additional plugins are displayed in English and not in Dutch.

I get stuck in the settings of the plugin, and am afraid I am breaking something.
Is there a wizard for dummy's in this matter?

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us.

Can you please go to WPML -> String Translation and search for those texts to see if you can translate them there?

If you can't find them, please check our tutorial on how to scan and include texts for translation: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/

If you still can't translate the texts, could you please point us to some elements that are not translated yet and that you can't locate for translation?

Sometimes screenshots illustrating what you mean may go a long way to clarify what words fail to transmit, so if you like, make use of “upload an image” below the comment area.

Also, so that we can take a better look at this, could you please attach the Debug info?

You can see how to retrieve and paste it here: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/.

In summary, these are the steps that you need to take in order to retrieve it:

- Go to WPML > Support > Debug Information
- Copy the Debug Information from there.
- Find the “Additional Data” section below this chat.
- Click on the “Debug Info” item to expand it.

I'm enabling the Debug Info template for your next reply.

Thanks, please let us know.
