Background of the issue:
I've enabled WPML on the website hidden link, which runs on Theme.co's Pro theme. I've tried both classic and updated theme-elements.
Symptoms:
In the translation editor, only the SEO texts show up, and nothing gets translated.
Thank you for contacting the support. Meanwhile this ticket is attended by one of my colleagues, please note that some theme elements aren’t compatible with WPML. Until we improve our compatibility, you can manually translate these elements with the built-in Theme language editor:
1. Edit your page using the Theme editor (Cornerstone).
2. In the top-right, click the language you want to edit.
3. Edit the elements with untranslated texts and manually enter translations.
Hi,
could you please forward the colleague who handled a similar previous question I asked a few months ago? Your answer doesn't reflect my situation, as I described that also the non-classic elements won't be translated. He found several simple fixes, including adding some settings (json file I believe, if I recall correctly), that helped a lot, and he definitely had the experience with this theme.
