Hi,

This ticket has been inactive for quite a while. I didn't get a reply from you. So, I've transformed this chat into a support ticket because you may still need our help.

I explained my findings in the chat. I'm unsure you saw them, so I'm adding below what I wrote in the chat.

1. The report seems OK. It matches what I can see on our side. You can download the reprot In WPML -> Translation Dashboard -> Translation Tools here: hidden link
Please see the attached screenshot 2026-01-22_14-37-59.jpg.

2. I opened it with Excel. The total credits are: 201708. Please see the attached screenshot, 2026-01-22_14-37-22.jpg.

3. This matches the invoice we sent you today. So it seems to be right. We didn't charge you for translations you didn't use. You can see our calculator here:
https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatic-translation-pricing/
Please see the attached screenshot 2026-01-22_14-41-00.jpg.

4. You can choose a translation engine that costs fewer credits per word. You can do that in WPML -> Settings. Please see the attached screenshot 2026-01-22_14-43-22.jpg. If you choose the Microsoft engine, then it is only 1 credit per word. DeepL and Google are 2 credits per word. And with the pay-as-you-go payment method, you pay less the more you translate. You can see that here as well: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatic-translation-pricing/.

You also said you mistakenly spent 30,000 credits on hidden link. Is it correct?

Waiting for your answer.
Itamar.
