Background of the issue:
I am trying to continue my translations, but they have stopped because the 'pay as you go' feature is not working. I need help to check my account and understand what is wrong.
Symptoms:
The 'pay as you go' feature is not working, causing translations to stop.
Questions:
What is wrong with my 'pay as you go' feature?
Why have my translations stopped?
It appears that you have reached the safety limits in place to protect you from overspending and to help prevent fraud. There are two key limits: the first occurs when you spend €100, and the second when you reach €4,000 within one month. Once you reach these limits, you will be prompted to make a payment before continuing with your translations. At the end of the month, any amount you have paid will be deducted from your invoice.

When opening a new support ticket, you have the option to initiate a live chat if a supporter is available at that time. You can do so by visiting the following page: https://wpml.org/forums/forum/english-support/
If you can not open it, then I need to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site where the problem has been replicated if possible—in order to be of better help. When you log in to leave your next reply, you will find the needed fields below the comment area. The information you will enter is private, meaning only you and I can see and access it.
Please check now on our backend, why the 100$ can not be paid and nothing is going on.
Please reply clearly after your review or changes you made so that we can follow up and see what happened that we know for the future.
