[Closed] Plugin does not translate pages , credits disappeared

I have reviewed the homepage and can see that this is created using WP Bakery Page Builder elements from the theme Careerfy.

The Careerfy theme is not compatible with WPML, that does not mean it won't work but there are certain requirements needed for page builder items to register correctly for use in the editor.

In your case, you can contact the theme developers and ask them to join our go global program where we help them become compatible, manually make these page builder modules,

OR the easier would be to use manual translation.

This will allow you to edit the translation as you would with the default language.

For example, this is how I would translate the homepage.

1. Go to pages and edit the homepage in the default language
2. On the sidebar I would click on WordPress editor *set it for this page only for now*
3. This will now open in the standard editor allowing you to edit directly the page as you would with the default language
4. Click on "duplicate" or "overwrite the content" --> This will overwrite everything with the default language content
5. Edit the content in the page builder modules and add the translation then update

Regarding those boxes, are the categories? How are they currently being created?

You want to make sure they exist in both languages, so if they are not translated yet make sure to translate them where you originally create them for example Job Categories, or Job listing

This pulls data from a page -> I went to Pages and located the Jobs Listing page which while it has translations they are pending a review.

In order for them to be available you would need to click on the "eye" icon and review/publish the translation.
