I have an agency account with, with a lot of credits.
On a website of a client vlugtenburg.nl we already did a lot of translations with those credits. But now, I get a notification that we need to activate Pas-as-you-go. But we still have a lot of credits. How do I get my credits back in the website?

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to test the issue.
(preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible)

**Before we proceed It is necessary to take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website. Providing us with access, you agree that a backup has been taken **

I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply.
The information you enter is private which means only you and I have access to it.

NOTE: If access to the live site is not possible and the staging site does not exist please provide me with a duplicator package created with the duplicator plugin.

Thank you,
Bobby

Hi there,

I can see the issue.

The site is not connected to the main ATE account

Pleasee try this and let me know your results.

Go to WPML->Translation Management->Automatic Translation -> Copy migration Code

Log into your site with the active Automatic Translation account.

Paste the key in Translation Management > Automatic Translation > Settings > Connected Sites in the settings.

NOTE: If a site with an active ATE account is currently not available please let me know and I will manually attempt to do this from our side, however, it's best if you can do the above steps first.

Thank you for your tips.
But the development website: hidden link
Shows the same as the live website: vlugtenburg.nl

At both I can copy the migration code. And neither has setting where I can post it.

I have manually connected the site to the parent ATE account with the following credits

Deposited credits: 30000
Used credits: 13156
Available credits: 16844

If you go to WPML->Translation Management->Automatic Translation you will see the credits now.
