This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are trying to link the German pages in your menu, footer, and mobile menu to their respective German translations, but they are linking to the English pages instead.
Solution:
We recommend ensuring that the menu items are added as pages and that these pages are translated. Then, go to WPML -> Menu Sync and run the sync. This should correctly add the translated pages to the translated menu.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:
I am trying to link the German pages in the menu, footer, and mobile menu to their respective German translations. However, they are linking to the English pages instead. The issue can be seen here: hidden link -> hidden link.

Symptoms:
The German pages in the menu, footer, and mobile menu are linking to English pages instead of the expected German translations. Specifically, the 'Skin Tracking Kit' page is in English.

Questions:
Why are the German menu links redirecting to English pages?
How can I ensure the German pages link to their correct translations?

Please let us know in detail how the menu is created in the original language so we can send instructions for the correct way to translate it to your secondary language.

Appearance -> Menu
1. Menu Name 'Primary'
2. Added Pages 'Skin Tracking Kit', 'How it works' and 'About'
3. Save Menu

As long as the menu items are added as pages, and the pages are translated, you can go to WPML -> Menu Sync and run the sync. This should add the translated pages to the translated menu.
