In my quick tests, it seems to have worked properly. I tried this with hidden link, check my screenshots, it would seem that categories got in sync. I can see that you already applied the code changes. And when I returned the category the count is also in sync: hidden link hidden link Can you tell me where does it fail here? |

I tried several WPML and WooCommerce troubleshooting options, and eventually the Current Promotion category was synchronized successfully: Could you please confirm the following: * Based on your tests, does our workaround work correctly for other categories? |

In other words, does this issue occur only with the Current Promotion category? remove them from hidden link, then recreate them and check whether synchronization works properly Yes, i did it but not work! Still have the problem in category count not sync. |

May I ask you reproduce this first: So do as I did exactly with that URL and directly for this product: I need to understand if this is failing in your case because of quick edit you used to change category or something else. |

Yes, i did it. But when i add a new category, category count will not sync. Also i have try to use quick edit product to select the new category, edit product to un-select the category.(no sync) Same problem. |

Ok, so you mean this? * When using existing product categories, adding and then removing a product works as expected and the category count stays in sync across languages. Scenario where it fails (based on your test): 1. Create a new product category (with translations). In this case, the product is removed correctly, but the category count does not update/sync across languages. Scenario where it works (our test): * The same steps using an existing category that was already created and translated. Could you please confirm: * The category was newly created before assigning it to the product Once confirmed, we’ll escalate this exact reproduction case to the next tier for further investigation. This issue has been escalated to WPML developers and I reported that other scenario as well. I will keep this thread updated as soon as I get any new information from them! The fix may end up in WPML Multilingual & Multicurrency for WooCommerce 5.6.0, but I don't have the exact date for it. |
