We've conducted testing on your staging site, and the registration link functions correctly there: hidden link

Hence, it appears that the problem is specific to your active live site, for reasons that remain unclear.

As you've mentioned a potential solution, I would recommend reaching out to BuddyBoss to inquire if they have any insights regarding this matter.

If you wish to involve our 2nd Tier Support in resolving this issue, could you grant us permission to replicate the problem on the French language registration page? I have the login credentials to your live site.

Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.

Yes you can test on the live site. Here's also a response from buddy boss

We found there is something that WPML need to look into as we’re not adding the integration, it comes from their 1.7.0 update.

The WPML string translation addon is referenced as being utilized in their work.

This integration is developed and maintained by OnTheGoSystems to work specifically with BuddyBoss. It is the responsibility of this developer to keep the integration updated to ensure it works with the latest versions of BuddyBoss products and addresses major security concerns.

It seems like an issue with the caching, and it caches the slug of the register page. Therefore I tried to create a new page for the registration on the client's site. After switching to a new page, the link would always redirect to the old page if I manually didn't remove cookies in the browser.

After I switched back to the old page, cleaned the cache, and removed cookies in the browser, new links started working as they were supposed to.

I would advise contacting the hosting provider, and maybe they can assist in turning off caching for the registration page.

Could you check and let me know how it goes?
