Tell us what you are trying to do?
removing unwanted strings from advanced editor. seems like they were addded because of some old markup. this has been removed now in the post itself, but the advanced editor does not update its strings accordingly. how can I remove these strings? (see attachment)

Is there any documentation that you are following?
https://wpml.org/forums/topic/how-to-remove-strings/

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

PS: Is it possible to use the advanced translation editor to translate fragment identifiers? these are the links/slugs in the table of contents. They are added as an ID in the Elementor text editor html for each subheading

Hello,

The strings from your first screenshots are coming from Yoast SEO.

Please revise the Yoast Settings on the original content, edit them, and save the content.

This should solve the issue.

About the IDs:

Please try to translate those URLs using this method:
https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/advanced-translation-editor/

Take note, that if you literally translate the IDs then you need to make sure, that the page's sections on the translated content do use the same ID - it might be that you will only be able to adjust those manually, directly on Elementor in the second language.

Best regards
Andreas
