niccoloB-7	Hi, Due to WPML crashing our site, I wanted to remove all the APML data. I searched and found this article by you:- https://wpml.org/forums/topic/how-can-we-remove-any-wpml-info-from-the-database/ I followed the steps and deactivated WPML, but still translations. Media, products show from different languages, see below:- Products: hidden link Blogs: hidden link Media: hidden link Please help me to remove everything, all the data related to WPML as soon as you can. Thanks!

niccoloB-7	I saw this article https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/language-setup/deleting-languages-and-plugin-data-by-doing-a-wpml-reset-on-your-site/ and then i restored my site again and following this way, its taking a lot of time, and I am not still able to delete one language data, see hidden link Can you help me to fasten this removing WPML data work? Thanks!

niccoloB-7	I am deleting the associated content from the database. But after a few minutes, it stops but the data is not going from the list, see delete the associated content from your database.

Can you grant me admin access to I can see if I can remove WPML quickly? I have set your next reply to be private so you can share credentials there. Remember that it is always better to create a new admin user for me, then when we are done you can delete it.

You will still need to access the files in order to clean up any MO and PO files, as is explained here: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/language-setup/deleting-languages-and-plugin-data-by-doing-a-wpml-reset-on-your-site/#step-2-delete-the-mo-and-po-files-for-the-removed-language

It seems like now English is also deactivated. I would like to escalate this to our development team so they can take a look.

niccoloB-7	So you guys have totally planning to destroy our business 🙁 Also when you took the site image was around 1.8 lakhs, which needed to be cleaned, but instead of clean it increases to 2 lakh+, see hidden link

So I then restored the site where I did nothing, I just tried to remove lang, but it didn't work, then I gave you the site. So there is nothing I did from the above link in this installation.

Then I researched and found below article:- https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/language-setup/deleting-languages-and-plugin-data-by-doing-a-wpml-reset-on-your-site/ Then I restored my snapshot from the previous backup, where I tried to follow step 1 from the above link. But that didn't work. Then I contacted you.
