This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is using the Woodmart template with Elementor and WooCommerce on a multilingual site but is unable to see the WooCommerce filters in the sidebar on the English and German shop pages, despite them being visible on the Dutch page.
Solution:
We recommend checking if the sidebar widgets are set to display in all languages. It appears that the sidebar with the WooCommerce filters is only set up for the Dutch language. You should create a similar widget for each language you want the filters to appear in. Additionally, ensure that each widget is correctly configured to display the relevant language's categories or filters. If you have already added a new widget for the English language and it still doesn't show on the product archive pages, double-check the widget settings and make sure it's not disabled or restricted to specific pages.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Additionally, you can open a new support ticket for further assistance at WPML support forum.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to use the Woodmart template with Elementor and WooCommerce. I have placed all translations in it, and it is displayed correctly. However, when I view the English or German shop, I do not see the WooCommerce filters. Links to the pages where the issue can be seen: hidden link hidden link. I expected to see the filter options on the sidebar on the left, as seen on hidden link.

Symptoms:
The sidebar widget in the translated shop page can't display the WooCommerce filters. Despite testing with the sidebar disabled and adding widgets separately per language, the filters are not visible in the English or German shop pages.

Questions:
How can I solve the issue of the sidebar widget not displaying WooCommerce filters in translated shop pages?

Thanks for contacting us. I can see the missing sidebars on the links that you shared.

I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.

Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.

Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me.

✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.

Thanks for your reply.

I've checked and I noticed that you are displaying the sidebars only for the Dutch language, as shown in the attached screenshot. Please create another similar widget and choose another language.

Yes I already add a new widget for the English language and added the English categories, but it won't show on the product archive pages.

Can you help me further with this problem?

Thanks for your reply.

It seems to work fine when I inserted a paragraph in both the Dutch and English shop pages. Could you check the widget that you're trying to display?
