conoI

I need to provide a comprehensive update as the situation is still complex, and we are experiencing new and persistent issues:

1. Persistent Product Saving Error (Critical Error):
Despite updating WooCommerce Multilingual to version 5.5.1 (and ensuring all other WordPress core, plugins, and theme builders are fully updated), the critical error on saving products still persists. When we attempt to save any product, we still receive the critical error message on the site, identical to the screenshot previously provided. It seems the WCML update did not fully resolve this specific fatal error in our environment.

2. Better Workflow for Products with Downloadable Files (ACF) - URGENT:
Our most critical outstanding issue is the workflow for translating WooCommerce products that use an ACF field for "File Scaricabile" (Downloadable File). This field must link to a different PDF for each language.
We desperately need clear and definitive guidance on:
What is the correct, recommended, and error-free workflow in WPML, WooCommerce Multilingual, and ACF to manage downloadable WooCommerce products where each language translation requires a different PDF file?

3. Elementor "Products" Module Not Displaying Products:
Finally, we have discovered another related display issue: on our English "The Green Formula" page, the Elementor "Products" module (WooCommerce widget) is not displaying any products, despite all products being translated and visible when Browse the shop directly. This seems to be a separate display issue within Elementor's integration with translated WooCommerce content.

We understand that you previously mentioned handling Elementor-related issues in a separate ticket, but given the sheer volume of interconnected problems all stemming from translation/product management, we kindly request a holistic review to avoid opening countless tickets. Our goal is to have a fully functional multilingual e-commerce site.

Please provide us with comprehensive solutions and workflows for all the points outlined above. We have provided all necessary access in previous replies.

Thank you for your persistent efforts to help us resolve these critical issues.

Hi there,

You can translate the original PDF link in the advanced translation editor as explained in the following guide:
https://wpml.org/announcements/2020/02/translating-links-with-advanced-translation-editor/

Also, please review how to translate ACF fields using our glue plugin in the following documentation:
