Hello,

as said, for the menu issue let's continue here.

I see you are using the Flatsome theme, so I would suggest first making sure that you have translated the menu as explained in our docs:

Then I suggest to check documentation for Flatsome to make sure you are translating it correct:

Let me know how it goes and if any questions.

Regards,
Drazen

Hello,

as I explained you have not lost your money, and we will be glad to help if any translation is not delivered.

As per automatic translation, it works for website content, but some parts of the website still need to be translated manually, like menus.

I will help you with any issue you have and guide you in the correct direction and help solve the issues, but I can not do the work for all the website for you.

I advise you to follow the suggested documentation and let me know if any questions or doubts.

As for the refund, you are free to ask one if you are not happy with the product, via the next link:

Regards,
Drazen

Hello,

sure, as I understand the issue is with the menu MENU LIST in the footer not showing the correct translated pages.

If you have created that menu via Appearance > Menus please follow the next docs to translate them, you just need to click plus icon and add translated items:

And if you added those as text via the widget section, you will need to translate the widget:

Please check the docs, try to follow them depending on your case, and let me know if any doubts or questions about the steps in the docs.

Thanks,
Drazen

Hello,

if the credits have been used, they can not be restored, and as I can see from your site, there are pages translated for which you were charged.

You can check the usage of credits for each website, from the automatic translation tab and generate a report with URLs of translated pages and credits used.

- On your site, go to WPML → Translation Management and click the Automatic Translation tab.
- Click Payment & Settings and expand the setting to Automatic translation usage reports
- Choose a month and click to generate a report
- Download and check

As said, let's check 1 issue at a time, in each ticket, and if any issues we will be glad to help.
If you have any other issue or doubts that can not wait, you can open a new ticket or chat and we will be glad to help.

Regards,
Drazen
