This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
You want your Privacy Policy & ToS to remain in the original language and not be translated as shown in the screenshot you provided.
Solution:
We recommend that you navigate to Pages → All pages, select the language, and delete the translation of the policy page. Remember to empty the trash as well. For detailed steps, please visit: https://wpml.org/faq/how-to-delete-the-translation-of-a-page/
Afterwards, you can edit the page in the original language. You have the option to either duplicate it in another language or choose to display the untranslated content. For instructions on duplicating the page, visit: https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/displaying-untranslated-content-on-pages-in-secondary-languages/#how-to-duplicate-posts-and-pages-using-the-page-editor
For displaying the untranslated content, please see: https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/displaying-untranslated-content-on-pages-in-secondary-languages/#using-the-default-language-as-a-fallback-for-untranslated-content
If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If you still need assistance, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.
