This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You want your Privacy Policy & ToS to remain in the original language and not be translated as shown in the screenshot you provided.
Solution:
We recommend that you navigate to Pages → All pages, select the language, and delete the translation of the policy page. Remember to empty the trash as well. For detailed steps, please visit: https://wpml.org/faq/how-to-delete-the-translation-of-a-page/
Afterwards, you can edit the page in the original language. You have the option to either duplicate it in another language or choose to display the untranslated content. For instructions on duplicating the page, visit: https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/displaying-untranslated-content-on-pages-in-secondary-languages/#how-to-duplicate-posts-and-pages-using-the-page-editor
For displaying the untranslated content, please see: https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/displaying-untranslated-content-on-pages-in-secondary-languages/#using-the-default-language-as-a-fallback-for-untranslated-content

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. You can change the site's default language in WPML by navigating to Languages → Site Languages and clicking the "Change default language" button. Then, select Hungarian as the default and save the changes. As a result, the page for Hungarian will be displayed like this: hidden link.

Hey, I think you didn’t get my question correctly. I don’t want to change the default language for the entire site.

I just need the ToS and Privacy Policy to be displayed in the original language, regardless of whatever language is selected by the site user.

I don’t want them to be translated, since there can be errors and these are legal pages.

Get it?

Thank you for your explanation. Now, it is clear to me.

In that case, you need to go to Pages → All pages, choose the language, and delete the translation of the policy page. Make sure to empty the trash, too.

Here are the steps: https://wpml.org/faq/how-to-delete-the-translation-of-a-page/

After that, you can edit the page in the original language, duplicate it in another language, or choose to display the untranslated content in WPML → Settings.

Here is more information about duplicating the page: https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/displaying-untranslated-content-on-pages-in-secondary-languages/#how-to-duplicate-posts-and-pages-using-the-page-editor

Or displaying the untranslated content: https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/displaying-untranslated-content-on-pages-in-secondary-languages/#using-the-default-language-as-a-fallback-for-untranslated-content

Hi,

Thank you. But now I don't have a privacy policy and terms of service on the Hungarian version at all. They also got removed from the menu. I need to have the privacy policy and TOS in English on the Hungarian site. That must be possible right?

That is expected as the page no longer exists. Since your menu is translated, have you tried the following?

- Duplicating the page into Hungarian

- Syncing the menu in WPML → WP Menus Sync
