Hi,

As I mentioned in the other ticket, this is a compatibility issue. The JetFormBuilder plugin by Crocoblock (hidden link) is not officially compatible with WPML. It is not on our list here. https://wpml.org/plugin/

We need to replicate this issue on a fresh WordPress installation. Then, I'll be able to escalate it to our compatibility team. For this, I created a test website with a clean WordPress install. You can access it through this link:

With this link, you'll be directly logged in.

Could you please install the JetFormBuilder plugin and see if the issue is replicable on a clean WordPress installation?

Please also ensure you install the latest version of the plugin.

Please configure WPML as set on your site (just the basic configurations needed to replicate the issue are enough).

Please let us know when everything is finished, and you can replicate the problem.

Thanks,
Itamar.

Hi,

Here, we will deal with the Jetform issue.

It is unclear to me if you could replicate the problem on the test site.

If so, where can I see it?

By the way, I can see that the 'Check in' and 'Check out' strings have now been translated. Please see the attached screenshot.

As Nigel, my colleague, mentioned in the other ticket, you should follow the guide from Crocblocks on how to translate the forms.

Are you following their guide?

Itamar.
