Also i face same issue, when translate the string for Reward points plugin, after a while it override all the original language with the translated language (Arabic);

it seems there is somthing effect the transliting string and direct the links.

I checked the My-Points page in the Account section and understood the issue. It appears that the Arabic translation has been set as the default somehow, which is why the English point page displays Arabic content.
Please go to the "WPML > String Translation" and search for any Arabic text that appears on the point page in the English language. If that text appears in the result, please check the Flag associated with that text. If you see an English flag with the Arabic text contents, please check the source language of that text to Arabic by following the documentation below.
