Background of the issue:
I have configured subdomains for each translated language using WPML. I have translated the homepage to French and Turkish, but the subdomains are not displaying correctly. The translations are accessible from the respective homepage permalink. For example, hidden link should be displayed at hidden link and hidden link should be displayed at hidden link. All settings are OK, including the translations in Portuguese and English which work perfectly at en.wplusoriginal.com and br.wplusoriginal.com. Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

Symptoms:
The flag for the new language does not show, and the subdomain redirects to the main language. Additionally, the French subdomain does not display anything. When translating an article to French, the corresponding French flag does not show, and the HTML lang attribute is set to es-ES instead of fr_FR. There is also an unexpected code: .

Questions:
Why are the subdomains for French and Turkish not displaying correctly?
Why is the French subdomain not displaying anything?
Why is the French flag not showing for the translated article?
Why is the HTML lang attribute set to es-ES instead of fr_FR?

Hello,

We have noticed that the issue is no longer occurring,

Have you changed anything is particular lately ?

We have resaved your Languages settings and ran troubleshooting options under WPML > Settings > Troubleshooting, that might be what solved it, please confirm back,

Best,

Hello Ilyes,

Yes, the problem was resolved, but now I added another language (Italian) and the same problem occurs. What can I do?

I have added Italian, and the same problem occurs. Even when entering the main page's editing page, it shows that the permalink is it.wplusoriginal.com; however, entering that address redirects me to the Spanish language. It's very strange what's happening, and I need help to solve it once and for all, as I need to translate my site into several languages.

Hello,

I have fixed it for the Italian page too,

It seems to be a caching issue that might be linked to WP fastest cache and Cloudways,

To fix this, I went to WPML > Support > troubleshooting and try all the following buttons: hidden link

You can refer to this documentation on how to do it : https://wpml.org/documentation/support/wpml-troubleshooting-options/

Then delete your site cache,

Best,
