hello, i want to know please there is any way to sync JetReview from all lanuage?

We apologize for the inconvenience, but in order to proceed with troubleshooting, we kindly request a site snapshot. Alternatively, with your permission, we can create a snapshot on our own.

For this purpose, we typically recommend using the free plugin "Duplicator." If you are already familiar with how Duplicator works ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/), please skip the following steps and simply send me the archive file you downloaded.

To assist you further, please follow these instructions:

Refer to the instructions provided by WPML on how to provide supporters a copy of your site: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-supporters-copy-site/

If the archive file exceeds 400MB in size, please utilize Duplicator's file filters to exclude the cache, wp-uploads directory, media, and archive files.

Once you have the archive file, please share the link with us. You can use services such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar platforms as the snapshot file will likely be large.

Please note that your next reply will be private, visible only to you and me. You can paste the link to the file there. Rest assured that once the issue is resolved, I will delete the local site.

I've tried to replicate the issue on our sandbox site here hidden link , but I can't seem work with JetReviews.

Could you check my configuration and see if I've left out some steps to allow the "JetReviews" to be used on my new CPT "WPML"?

Thank you for taking this seriously, I guess no one has been interested in such a thing yet because even on Google I can't find searches related to it.
Maybe we will be able to find a solution for this with the help of Crocoblock support.

Regarding your question, I see that everything is configured correctly, only there is no Elementor. That's why I inserted the JetReview widget through the WordPress editor itself. (like in the picture)

I did a test, left my Review on a post name, Then i translated it, but still the review itself does not go through with the translation ( Unsynchronized )

the test i do, i created this post under WPML Custom post type:

then i review on it, then i translate into DUTCH
and there is the dutch page:

as you can see, no review.
its like JetReview Storage the review only for the post itself, maybe crocoblock support have an idea how to takes the reviews data.

I've received feedback from our 2nd Tier Support and unfortunately, this addon is not compatible with WPML.

I'd recommend that they join our 'Go Global' program (https://wpml.org/documentation/support/go-global-program/) where our Compatibility developers will help them make their product 100% compatible with WPML for free.
