This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where all WooCommerce product attributes and tags are showing in all languages, instead of being language-specific.
Solution:
We recommend the following steps to resolve the issue:
1. Navigate to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting.
2. Click on the following buttons:
- Synchronize posts taxonomies (Before clicking, select "Products" from the Dropdown)
- Clear the cache in WPML
- Assign translation status to duplicated content
- Set language information
- Fix terms count
- Fix post type assignment for translations
3. Open the default product in the editor.
4. Remove the Attributes and Tags from the Product first and then add them again. Save the changes.
5. Update the translation, clear the caches from your site and browser, and check again.

Hello There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support.

I understand the issue you're having and will try my best to assist you in this matter.

It is possible that the language information might not be added to the taxonomies correctly, which is why, the default and translated taxonomies appear in other languages. I tried to access your site but for some reason, it keeps loading. As first steps to solve such problems, Would you please try the following and check if that helps in solving the issue?

- Please go to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting
- Click on the following buttons:
-- Synchronize posts taxonomies (Before clicking the button, select "Products" from the Dropdown)
-- Clear the cache in WPML
-- Assign translation status to duplicated content
-- Set language information
-- Fix terms count
-- Fix post type assignment for translations
- Once done, open the default product in the editor
- Remove the Attributes and Tags from the Product first and add again. Save the changes.
- After that, update the translation, clear the caches from your site and browser and check again

Let me know how it goes. I will be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.
