[Resolved] The Advanced Translation editor shows a white screen when trying to translate.

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are trying to translate a page using the WPML translation editor, but when you click to edit the French translation, it opens an empty (white) page. This issue has occurred despite using different browsers and ensuring that admin/translation user details are correctly set.
Solution:
We checked it and the issue was related to escaping special characters in regex for some glossary entries. Our developers worked internally and found a solution. If you're still experiencing a similar issue, please open a new ticket for us to double-check it.

Hi Mateus

I've tested the CTE and also automatic translation in the begining, but we decided not use it.
We have used the ATE for all the our translations.
And we would really appreciate to continue to use ATE.

Thanks for your patience.

This issue is related to escaping special characters in regex, for some glossary entries. It has been reported already (https://wpml.org/forums/topic/the-translation-editor-is-just-showing-a-white-screen/), and it is currently being worked on.

I will set the current ticket status to "Escalated to WPML developers team" and I will get back to you as soon as I get any feedback from them.
