This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
When you create a page using King Composer page builder and translate it using WPML's translation editor, the translated page shows the original language.
Solution:
Pages created using King Composer need to be translated using the manual translation method as explained in this doc: https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/using-different-translation-editors-for-different-pages/.

I am trying to: Open the English version of couple of pages. Link to a page where the issue can be seen: I expected to see: Instead, I got: The following similar pages however have no problems If you click on their english version (menu language) you will notice that the english contents is displayed as expected. Hi there, Thank you for contacting WPML support! I understand that for some pages, the English translation does not work as expected, and this page is an example: hidden link - did I get that right? (I'm asking for confirmation because I understand the link you shared (hidden link) is expected to be in French). From the previous ticket, I see that the issue does not happen when everything is deactivated but WPML plugins. Could you please confirm that too? Looking forward to hearing back from you. |

Yes I can confirm that this is the correct English version of the page. Yes I do remember a behavior like that (it works when everything is deactivated but WPML) when we were troubleshooting last year. But I have not doublechecked if it is still the case. Are you able to try using the duplicate copy of the site you colleagues used to troubleshoot another issues I had two week ago? |

The Cloudways clone of your website has been deleted as the ticket has been resolved. As the issue does not happen when WPML only is activated, then there could be a conflict with another plugin or the active theme. Do you have a staging/development area of your website or you prefer to provide you with another Cloudways application so you migrate the website to it? Looking forward to hearing back from you. |

Hi Ahmed, No I dont have a staging/development area of the website. Could you advise how to setup a staging/development area of the website? This include also backup version. Alternatively, am happy to do another migration of the website via cloudways. D. |

Hi there, Thank you for providing the login credentials. I can see that the pages are created using King Composer plugin, which is incompatible with WPML. As you can see in the attached screenshots, the translated page content is added in a single text block when you translate the page using WPML's translation editor. In such cases, we recommend using the manual translation method as explained on this page: https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/using-different-translation-editors-for-different-pages/. Could you please try that method on any affected page and let me know how it goes? Looking forward to hearing back from you. |

Hi Ahmed, Indeed is I do a manual translation by editing the text inside the textbox for the page to translate it is going to be work as i just tested it. But I am going to always manually change the contents of these pages translation? Could you please check how to make it works without having to manually translate the content of these pages? just as it is the case for other the page which don't have this issue? e.g : hidden link |

At the moment, this is the only way to translate content created using the King Composer plugin. Our compatibility team tried to collaborate with the plugin's developers to integrate with WPML's translation editors, but unfortunately, it didn't come to fruition. While it may work with some pages, it's not guaranteed and may not function as intended without full integration. |
