Hi there,

The 502 gateway error is happening on the server level:

You will need to contact your hosting service provider and ask them to give you the server log to see why this is happening.

Also, you need to make sure if this is happening with WPML disbaled to make sure if WPML has any role on it at all.

- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website.
- Deactivate WPML and see if the same issue happens.
- If yes then it is not related to wpml.
- If no, Activate WPML.
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins" and deactivate all plugins except Fusion, Core, Fusion Builder, WPML and WPML add-ons.
- Check if you can still recreate the issue.
- If not, re-activate your plugins one by one and check the issue each time to find out the plugin that causes the problem.

Hi there,

Would you please kindly contact your hosting service provider and ask them to give you the log to see why the 502 error happens?

That is needed to see what is happening under the hood.

Also, I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of the WordPress dashboard.

Please make sure you give the staging website and not the live website.

Make sure you set the next reply as private.

Hi there,

The error that you mentioned in the screenshot is happening because the WPML and WPML addons use an older version of WPML.

- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website.
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Add new > Commercial (tab)".
- Update WPML and its addons there.

Hi there,

The error that you shared should not happen with the version of WPML that you have.

I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website.
It is absolutely important that you give us a guarantee that you have a backup so if something happens you will have a point of restore.

Make sure you set the next reply as private.

Also please give me the steps to be able to see the error and I will investigate.
