Hi there, The 502 gateway error is happening on the server level: hidden link You will need to contact your hosting service provider and ask them to give you the server log to see why this is happening. Also, you need to make sure if this is happening with WPML disbaled to make sure if WPML has any role on it at all. - IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website. Thanks. |

Hi there, Would you please kindly contact your hosting service provider and ask them to give you the log to see why the 502 error happens? That is needed to see what is happening under the hood. Also, I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of the WordPress dashboard. Please make sure you give the staging website and not the live website. Make sure you set the next reply as private. |

Hi there, The error that you shared should not happen with the version of WPML that you have. I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website. Make sure you set the next reply as private.
