According to your previous ticket and checking the current state, I see the first safety limit is reached again at €100 for your site. Please go to WPML > Translation Management > Tools tab > On "Pay-as-you-go account details", click on "details" and see if there is a popup message to pay for the limitation.
If not, I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. Your next reply is set to private to share the info.

Please understand that is the second time in 3 days to backup and create users (any way neither first time was not what it should be, correct user). I find sensible and perturbing to do this continuous. If I choose to go to predefined credits should add that credits to account, the invoice for 100$ should be available?
I will be blocked with this problem over the weekend.
And please note: you can use the prepaid credits after you cancel the Pay As You Go subscription. It isn't possible to use both prepaid credits and Pay As You Go on one site.
