We boght two WPML licences for our DEV and PROD websites. The sites are registered separately with the two licenses. Please see attached screenshot: wpml_registerd.
I would linke to get rid of the WPML warning: This site has moved to a new location, as on the attached screenshot: wpml_siteMoved.
Please note that we have deployed the website from the DEV: hidden link to PROD: hidden link. Also, we are noting using translation credits. Contents are translated locally by our translators, from English to French and then inserted into the related web pages.
I tried to find a solution online, but couldn't find the one that can solve my issue with minimal work around.

Hello Amal,
Thank you for contacting our support.
Can you try to click on "Refresh license data to recognise license update" option in WPML -> Support -> Troubleshooting page to see if it gets the issue fixed?
If it doesn't work, we've had issues like this that were resolved by recreating the key.
To try to fix this issue, please to do the follow procedure:
- Temporarily remove your website here: (https://wpml.org/account/sites/). You won't lose any translation credits or the translation memory, this is just to force WPML to refresh the license status
- Add the website again and copy the new generated key, when adding it make sure that you use the exact same format as available inside the wp-admin > settings > general, eg.: http or https | www or non-www
- Now go to Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial
- Click on Unregister WPML if you see it there
- Click on Register WPML and enter the new key you just created
If the issue persists, as a last resort, we can try to update the domain info in the DB directly to get the banner removed.
Connect to the database using a software such as PHPMyAdmin, Adminer or similar and run a select command:
select *
from wp_options
where option_name = 'otgs_wpml_tm_ate_cloned_site_lock'
Please replace the prefix wp_ with the one configured within the wp-config.php file if it is different than the default wp_.
You'll probably see that the option value has some serialized value and in the middle of the field you'll locate the old domain hidden link. Just replace that domain with hidden link and the issue should be fixed.
Thank you, please let us know how that goes.
Mateus

Hello,
I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
Our Debugging Procedures
I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.
- Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this: hidden link
Please, let me know if you need any additional details. Have a nice day.
