Use 'LimitInternalRecursion' to increase the limit if necessary. Use 'LogLevel debug' to obtain a backtrace. If we disable WPML, the site works correctly. We have: WPML is now deactivated, so the site is online. Any ideas? It was working before the update |

Hello there, Thank you for contacting our support. You mentioned that the site works fine when you disable WPML. But, have you tried the other way around? To disable all plugins except WPML? Does the error still happens like that? I need to take a closer look at this issue. I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it. Our Debugging Procedures I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site. Hey there, Thank you for sending that info. I was able to connect just fine now. I tried to replicate the issue but I wasn't able to. I enabled WPML and I opened several pages in both languages but I couldn't reproduce the error. Did you manage to fix it on your end? Thank you, please let us know. |

Hey there. Can you please give me an example of a widget that's not translated? If you like to submit a screenshot, please make use of “upload an image” below the comment area.
