This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client wants to copy and paste an entire document translated outside of WPML into a translated page on their website, rather than replacing text sentence by sentence.
Solution:
If the page was created using a page builder like Elementor, each piece of content is in a separate text block, making it impossible to paste large amounts of translated content directly. This method only works for pages without special formatting, such as a 'terms and conditions' page. In such cases, you can duplicate the page from the default language to another language using the WordPress editor, allowing you to paste the entire translated document. For more details on using different translation editors for different pages, please visit this documentation.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we recommend opening a new support ticket. We also highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:
I have my website translated in English and then I use WPML. The original version is in Italian. I want to copy my English translation (made outside wpml) and paste the entire document into the translated page.

Symptoms:
With the WPML panel, I have to replace my text sentence by sentence.

Questions:
Is there a way to paste the entire page translated instead of sentence by sentence?

Hi there.

I am not sure how the page that you are trying to add the translation manually is formatted but if it was initially created with a page builder (like Elementor for example), each piece of content is inside a block of text, so there's no way to just copy paste a big number of lines of translated content because each sentence would need to be added correctly to the respective text block that it belongs to.

So there's no way to add all the translated content in a page.

The only difference would be if you would for example have a "terms and conditions" page for example, without any special formatting, where you would practically have multiple lines of text, one under the other, and in that situation, you would be able to use this method that is presented in the link that I will share below which would allow you to NOT use WPML's translation editor, but, instead, you could duplicate one page from the default language into another language and then use for example the WordPress editor and you could copy paste the translated version:
https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/using-different-translation-editors-for-different-pages/

I hope that you will find this information helpful.
