This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was under the impression that they could choose specific product pages to translate in their WooCommerce shop, but they found only an option for automatic translation of the entire shop.
Solution:
We advised the client to navigate to WPML > Settings and select the "Translate What You Choose" mode. This allows for individual pages or products to be translated one by one or in any preferred manner. The client can go to WPML > Translation Management to send pages or products for translation either by themselves (local user) or through automatic translation.
We also provided documentation for further guidance:

I was under the impression that I could decide what to translate with WPML. In this case I would like to start the translation of only a few product pages in our webshop. But the only option in woocommerce multilingual seems to be "automatic translation" of the whole shop?

Please advice.

Hello,

you can go to WPML > Settings and switch mode to "Translate What You Choose". Then you can translate pages / products one by one or however you wish.

You can go to WPML > Translation Managment and send them for translation by you (local user) or automatic translation.

Please check the following docs:
