Thank you for contacting WPML support. First, you should update WordPress to the latest version and the other related plugins on your website, including the WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency plugin. Such slugs could be expected if you ever duplicate your products. You probably corrected the slug for the default language but not for the translations. You can test this by creating a new product, translating it, and seeing if this happens. Once you have updated everything, please update the page translation by making slight modifications to the original page, saving it, and then navigating to the WPML translation editor. If the issue persists, please upload screenshots showing the problem. |

I also updated the last plugin, the other ones were already up to date. I've make some changes to the original, but the formatting is still not correct. The slug issue is not the biggest problem, I can of course change these manually but this was not an issue before. The formatting one is really annoying because all our product pages look messed up. |

Can you upload screenshots of where the problem can be seen? But first, please check and test the workaround from here if it sounds the same: |

Hi, The workaround is not really the same problem. Our original text does not have the line breaks, but the translated text has them. Included are the original text (Dutch) and the automatic translated one with the line breaks (English) |

Thank you for your feedback. I understand the issue now. Have you tried the following workaround? It might help as well. - Go to the top right corner of the translation editor. |

To be of better help, I need to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site—preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated. When you log in to leave your next reply, you will find the needed fields below the comment area. The information you will enter is private, meaning only you and I can see and access it. Please point me to the page I can check. |

Thank you for the details. I have reviewed the product you provided as an example, and I actually do not see the issue. I have attached the screenshots. To check the problem further, you'll need to update WordPress to the latest version, WooCommerce, and the other related plugins on your website. |

Hmm, I do not see the issue anymore either! Don't know what caused the issue but seems to be fixed. Thank you for your help! |
